Emerita project will be managed from inception to completion of construction by Archedium Analytics (Private) Limited. Archedium Analytics (Private) Limited is the newly fromed development arm of Archedium (Private) Limited, for the management of Emerita.
During it’s 15 years of existence, Archedium has designed and managed hundreds of projects locally and internationally.

Nirodha Gunadasa
Chairman of Archedium (Private) Limited and the principal Architect of many of the landmark projects in the country and in the international arena.
He is a guest lecturer of the Faculty of Engineering, University of Peradeniya and has been a founding member of the M.Sc. Course in Sustainable Built Environment in the same faculty.
He is the Author of the best selling book “PARAMETRICISM – Bridging Engineering and Architecture”, published by the Lambert Academic Publishes, United Kingdom.
He has been an active member of the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat and is the vice president of CTBUH Sri Lanka chapter. He has been a presenter in several international forums of CTBUH held in Chicago, Dubai and Sri Lanka.
Nirodha holds B.Sc. Degree and Masters Degree for Architecture from University of Moratuwa and he is a Chartered Architect.
Luxman Siriwardena
He is a BA Honours graduate from University of Peradeniya and Masters degree holder from Vanderbilt University –USA, under a Fulbright fellowship . He was a director at ministry of finance and planning and ministry of Industries. After premature retirement he has professional engagement with a Integration GMVH, Germany, Productivity commission of Australia , World Bank, and Pathfinder Foundation.
Nuwan Amarasekara
He is a highly accomplished professional with a strong background in business administration and information technology. With a BSc. degree in Business Administration from Sri Jayawardanapura University, as well as certifications as a Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE), (MCSA), and (MCP).
With a tenure of 10 years at Ceylinco Housing and Real Estate Ltd., and 8 years as a Director and General Manager at Orient Construction Co. (Pvt) Ltd., Orient Real Estate Pvt Ltd, and Orient Group of Companies, Nuwan successfully led these esteemed organizations, overseeing the development and sale of luxury apartments, villas, and lands.
Director of Marketing: Professor Ravi Dissanayake
Professor Ravi Dissanayake is a distinguished professor in marketing at the Department of Marketing Management, University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka. He formerly served as the Head of the Department from 2020 to 2023. Professor Dissanayake holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from the University of Kelaniya, an MBA from the Postgraduate Institute of Management, a PhD from Taylor's University in Malaysia, and a DBA from Montreux Campus, Switzerland. He is also an adjunct professor at Taylor's University, Malaysia, and serves as the Director for the Staff Development Center at the University of Kelaniya and the Chief Editor of the Sri Lanka Journal of Marketing (SLJM).
Once project is ready for occupation, operation of the project will be undertaken by Archedium Analytics (Pvt.) Ltd. Archedium Analytics (Pvt.) Ltd., will execute, supervise and manage:
Health care facilities and service providers
Kitchen, buffet and restaurant service providers
Cleaning and laundry service providers
Wellness and recreational facilities
Entertainment events programming
Repairs and maintenance services.
In order to ensure high-quality service that lasts a long time, the directors of Archedium Analytics will personally reside in the project and utilize the services themselves.
During the project operation period, Archedium Analytics (Pvt.) Ltd. will operate as a non-profit organization. Except for the salaries for the managers, all revenue during operations stage will be spent on the project operations.
