1. Doctors – MBBS Qualified Doctor will be available for 5 hours per day, 2 sessions per week, totaling 8 sessions per month.
2. Dieticians – 1 dietician session per month.
3. 24/7 full-time Nurses and Care Givers / nursing assistant – A dedicated nursing unit will operate 2 shifts round the clock.
4. On-request services – Specialists services of Physiotherapist, Audiologist, Speech therapist, and Counseling sessions will be arranged on request.
5. Immediate Assistance and Security - The 24-hour operating medical center equipped with a nurses' station and dedicated helpers with High-tech emergency notification systems.
6. Free medical advisory camp – periodic medical advisory camp will be held at the apartment premises for resident convenience.
7. Standby Ambulance service – A standby ambulance service will ensure rapid response in case of emergencies.
8. Recreational activities - Resident can enjoy a range of recreational activities including Yoga and Meditation programs.

Health Checkup Facilities and Laboratory Testing - Once every three months – This service provided at a special concessionary rate covers various essential tests, including Full Blood Count (FBC), Fasting Blood Sugar (FBS), Urine full report, ECG, Vision, Height, Weight & BMI, Blood pressure check, and Physical Examination including Dermatological, Cardio-Vascular, Respiratory, Abdominal pelvic, Nervous systems. medical report and advice by as MBBS qualified medical officer.
10. Health Checkup Facilities and Laboratory Testing - Once every Six months – This service provided at a special concessionary rate Covers, Serum Creatinine, Lipid Profile, Serum Electrolyzes, SGOT, SGPT, Blood Urea, Vision, Height, Weight, BMI, Blood Pressure, and Physical Examination.
11. Special VIP corporate priority Card and Discounts - Emerita, together with the healthcare partner, offers a special VIP corporate card for its residents, including 10% discount for Hospital Admission, 20% for Radiology, Cardiology, MR Scan, CT Scan and any other tests.
